When your special someone redeems their gift voucher, we will ensure the gift is sent as requested and also confirm the purchase to you via email.

How is the Gift Voucher redeemed?

After the person receives the gift voucher, it is easy and quick to redeem it. All they have to do is:

• Login to the Crumbz website
• Select their perfect apron and proceed to the checkout
• Select Pay with Gift Voucher
• Then call Kay on 0412 389 192 to redeem the value of the gift voucher
• If additional payment is required, we will process the balance via credit card over the telephone or alternatively a bank deposit for the outstanding balance can be made directly to Crumbz.

Please note:

• Crumbz gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. The expiry date and redeemable amount can be found on the gift voucher.
• Crumbz gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost and stolen Crumbz gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
• Once the Crumbz gift voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be reused.
• You must use the entire balance of the gift voucher in a single purchase. You cannot carry the remainder of the voucher value forward. You can only use one gift voucher per purchase.
• Crumbz gift vouchers are not transferable or refundable.
• Crumbz products will not be despatched until full payment is received.
