What are the benefits?

• 5% off all purchases in store and online (excludes Sales promotions, workshop fees, custom knit/crochet services and laybys)

• Free access to the Crumbz Craft library (patterns, books and magazines)

• Invitation to pre-Sales nights and special VIP events

How do I become a VIP Loyalty member?

• Spend $150 or more in a single transaction (excludes laybys)
  or Pay a $25 joining fee
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Members who spend $350 or more within the 12 months period automatically receive 12 months membership renewal.  Members will be notified one month prior to their membership expiry.

A few conditions

• A maximum of 2 library patterns/books may be on loan at one time.
• Library patterns/books are to be returned within 14 days of loan.
• Library patterns/books returned damaged or with pages missing will result in automatic forfeit of VIP membership.
• All communication will be via email.
