70 Malachite - 5, 1 balls
53 Cream - 2, 1 balls
08 Red - 4, 1 balls
50 True Blue - 3, 1 balls
57 Forest - 6, 1 balls
65 Mustard - 3, 1 balls
29 Burnt Orange - 6, 1 balls
60 Raspberry - 3, 1 balls 

NOTE: If making only the Beanie, you will need one ball of every colour except 70 Malachite and 57 Forest.

If making only the Crochet Flower, you will need one ball each of 53 Cream, 08 Red, 65 Mustard and 60 Raspberry. 

Use only the yarn specified. Other yarns are likely to produce different results. Quantities are approximate as they can vary between knitters.

Check all yarn of the same colour is from the same dye lot.

NEEDLES AND EXTRAS

Throw and Scarf

3.75mm (US 5, UK 9) circular knitting needle (100cm or 40" long) or size needed to give correct tension.

Beanie

1 pair 4mm (US 6, UK 8) knitting needles or size needed to give correct tension.

Pom pom maker or piece of cardboard.

Wool needle for sewing machine.

Crochet Flower 

3.5mm (USE/4, UK 9) crochet hook.

Wool needle for finishing.

Brooch back or safety pin.

TENSIONS

Throw and Scarf

24 sts and 46 rows to 10cm or 4" over garter st, using 3.75mm needles.

Correct tension is not essential for this Throw or Scarf, however stated measurements and yarn quantities are based on this tension.

NOTE - This Throw and Scarf are worked on smaller needles and at a firmer tension than usually recommended for this yarn. 

Beanie

22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm or 4" over stocking st, using 4mm needles.

To work a tension square, using 4mm needles, cast on 33 sts. 

Work 44 rows stocking st. Cast of loosely.

Check your tension carefully. If less sts to 10cm or 4" use smaller needles, if more sts use larger needles.

Crochet Flower 

NOTE - This Flower is worked on a smaller hook than usually recommended for this yarn.
