Please be aware that Merino Big yarn is no longer available. If you're planning to knit the Mildred Cowl, we recommend using Fiori Grande as a substitute. Fiori Grande comes in 100g balls with 75 meters per ball. So you will need 4 skeins of Fiori Grande to knit the cow,, but please note that size and tension can also influence the amount of yarn required.

Or please consider the Tension required when selecting your yarn. 

Needles & Extras
9mm circular knitting needle (80 cm long) or size needed to give correct tension, 1 x stitch marker, wool needle for finishing.

Tension
10 sts and 20 rows to 10cm over moss stitch pattern, using 9mm needles.
Check your tension carefully. If fewer sts to 10cm use smaller needles, if more sts use larger needles
